TERRA NULLIUS é um espetáculo-percurso que tenta capturar a experiência de um lugar distante. Durante um ano, Paula Diogo esteve em Reiquejavique a desenvolver um projeto que tentava capturar uma ‘experiência do lugar’, cruzando-a com narrativas pessoais e coletivas. Em cada nova implantação, um percurso é desenhado na cidade por forma a criar uma sobreposição com uma faixa de áudio predefinida. O público é então convidado a caminhar pela cidade em grupo. Esta experiência termina com a leitura solitária do livro TERRA NULLIUS, que cada espectador pode levar para casa.
Esta é a versão Do It Yourself para o Atlas da Solidão. Áudio-caminhada sem percurso pré-definido, com início (para recolha de mp3 e headphones) e fim (para entrega) na Appleton Square. Oferta de livro no final, no limite dos exemplares disponíveis.

TERRA NULLIUS is a performative audio walk that evokes the experience of a distant place. For a year, Paula Diogo was in Reykjavik developing a project that tried to capture an “experience of place” by combining it with personal and collective narratives. For each location a path is drawn in the city to create an overlap with a predefined audio track. The public is then invited to walk through the city in a group experience. This experience concludes with the solitary reading of the book TERRA NULLIUS, which each audience member can take home.
This is the DIY version for the Atlas of Solitude Festival. Audio-walk with no pre-defined route, starting (for mp3 and headphone collection) and ending (for drop-off) at Appleton Square. A book will be offered at the end of the walk, limited to the number of copies available.
ATLAS OF SOLITUDE: What do we mean when we talk about solitude? What is loneliness for? How do we imagine the loneliness of others?
